We're pilot testing local delivery to the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
The delivery area includes the following postal codes: N0B, N2A, N2E, N2G, N2H, N2J, N2K, N2L, N2M, N2N, N2T, and N2V.
*If you're just a squeak outside of this area, send us a message and
we can see if a drop off is possible.
Here are the details:
- Deliveries will be on Fridays between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm. If the weather isn't safe to drive in, we'll be in touch with alternate arrangements.
- All orders must be received by Thursday 12pm for delivery for the following day. If they come in later, we'll do our best but we cannot guarantee a next day delivery.
- To be eligible for local deliveries, orders must be a minimum order of $45.
- The cost for local deliveries is $5. Local delivery on orders over $75 are free.
- Deliveries will primarily be porch drop offs, or apartments with someone available to accept the delivery (including a concierge).
- For apartment drop offs when there is no answer, we'll reschedule another drop off for an additional $5 charge. We will not leave your package unattended.
- We are not responsible for packages stolen off your property after we've dropped them off.
