We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eco Shark. We've personally tested every product that we sell to ensure that it is something we'd use ourselves (and we do!). All our items are hand packed in St Jacobs and inspected for defects, however, if you are not happy with your purchase please reach out to us within 7 days to discuss a return.
To inquire about a return please contact email@example.com, detailing the reason why you're not satisfied and make sure to include a photo of the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to do an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price on your original payment method. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
